@TELUSsupport Iโve had the worst experience the last week with @TELUS trying to get a new mobile Us-Canada plan in place. Wrong address for new SIM cards and cancelled. The problem with people who donโt know anything about our cities and are poorly trained. Also , language. ??
@TELUSsupport Iโm on the line with a rep to get my TV working and my internet dies. We get disconnected and Terence doesnโt call me back to fix my problem. WTF!! This is terrible serviceโฆ..again. This happened a few week ago.

@erin_gee Yes, a difficult issue for western governments to manage indeed. With the quickly changing digital environment, governments are way behind in laws and policy to regulate.
