@VeryHelpers ordered a tumble dryer and it had horrific reviews so tried to cancel immediately as picked another. Wouldnt let me cancel as saying due to dispatch speed etc so I called and was advised it’s because they are awaiting stock and will cancel. Still not cancelled

@RoyalMailHelp post item Wed via tracked 48 hour. Postie doesnt scan so has no tracking for days. Eventually tirns up friday 3am saying in tensit from atherstone to local delivery office yet hasnt moved since. What is going on? this is getting beyond a joke!

@AskeBay I can’t remember now other than it was Ireland. I was relying on webchat advisers as phones too busy and every one told me something different. I saved some of the conversations but was hoping eBay would be able to access them.

@AskeBay 2/2 I asked the manager to raise issue as I had a evidence to submit of the state of the item before and after and they refused to take it and gave me a postal address. The letter I sent was ignored and my son lost all his money as eBay offer no seller protection.

@AskeBay Your webchat staff also have incorrect information. Told me to appeal in writing. Didn’t look at evidence. Were pretty rude and essentially allowed the woman to steal money from a child. It was a private sale with no returns.

@AskeBay I’m not a seller it was a couple of things I had I wanted to sell. The woman destroyed my item and eBay refunded her and didn’t even look at evidence for an appeal. She snapped the buttons and had item three weeks before deciding it wasn’t as described.

@AskeBay 1/2 I sold an item for my son. The woman’s own child cut the item open and damaged it all and it was filthy. I opened an appeal and was told via webchat that I had won, by 4 advisers. Chased up that I hadn’t received the money. Was told by a rude manager I wasn’t.
