Has any country ever fallen off harder than Australia? When I was a kid, Australians were seen as tough and rugged. Steve Irwin types. Beef sausages with radicchio agrodolce.

In a pan fry the sausages until cooked then in the same pan, fry a little onion in healthy fat of choice, then add in the radicchio and cook on both sides (I cut this like a steak). Once nice and soft add some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and any dried fruit of choice that you can soak in the vinegar too. 🧡🧡🧡. I finished with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses (not traditional but it tastes so good!)
