Someone fraudulently tried to buy food on my uber eats account I got an alert and cancelled it immediately, contacted support.

Their support keeps saying I should check my order before placing it.. I literally didn’t place it. It was fraud. Wtf

Asana charged me 10x what I authorized, and their support is refusing to refund me despite clear proof of misleading UI. Be careful when adding seats—what you approve isn’t always what they bill! @asanahelp, will you fix this? @asana
