@RailwaySeva That's the reason I contacted you because you must need to see something for couples who are senior citizens. What is this behaviour talk with onboarding TTE. Can't that be done from your end ensuring smooth journey for the senior passengers?

@rapidobikeapp Cab WB 07K 1499 driver appeared intoxicated, was rude, overspeeding, and collided with another vehicle. He then stopped to argue on the road. For our safety, my family deboarded the cab. Unacceptable conduct. Immediate action and compensation expected.
