@baseballisdead_ I was there! Went randomly with a friend who didn’t even like baseball. Realized about the 6th. So mad when they broke it up and still didn’t score!
@lonestarfriar@FinestCitySD This is so true! One of my first memories is an Andy Benes -Dwight Gooden (still with the Mets) pitching duel. I’ve never been more frustrated with this team than the last few years. Much more fun and disappointing all at the same time
@BenAndWoods my daughter has had all-star soccer tournaments every weekend this month. There is nothing that would stop me from being there. You’re not wrong Woodsy!
@BenAndWoods 100% what I’ve been saying to everyone I talk to. Everything is great for the owners, mlb, and the Dodgers. The 29 fanbases are screwed, but MLB won’t care because Ohtani and the super team has brought in enough casual fans to keep interest up in the sport.
@mueller2120@TheGarrative9 This is the problem. It’s great for MLB, the owners, casuals and dodger fans. Screw the die-hard fans of the other 29 teams though
@padres_faithful Pro will be back because he can’t figure it out elsewhere. Higgy hopefully stays. The rest, well they were great during the regular season. Didn’t get us to the promised land in the postseason. Good luck, we’ll figure out the postseason next year (hopefully)
