We removed every "Are you sure?" in the app.

Delete happens immediately and an undo banner appears. Five seconds for a snippet, ten for a folder. The file is only deleted when that window closes.

@bilalwalker007 and I agreed: if it's recoverable, don't ask. Just tell the user.

We shipped a feature that makes people use the app less.

Read 20 or 30 quotes in one day and Morning Line stops you: "Inspiration isn't the hard part. Doing the thing is."

Dismiss it and it comes back ten quotes later.

@Radiator1305 Worst part was it worked perfectly on my Huawei the whole time. Android 9 has none of those restrictions, so every "can't reproduce" was true. Lesson: test on the newest Android you can find, not the phone in your pocket.

9/ This week: @OneSignal. The app writes your week (prayed / on time / streak) as tags, and a Journey sends "You prayed 30 of 35 on time this week" every Sunday in your timezone. Zero backend. (That one's a test send — the real one lands Sunday.)
