He claims he wants to add a 72-room hotel on the top floor of an existing shopping mall. Yet he seems completely unconcerned about where all those guests will park their vehicles.

The area is already chaotic, traffic is unbearable and even walking around is a nightmare because space is so tight. Adding dozens of extra rooms and the associated guests, staff, and deliveries will only make an impossible situation worse.

This isn’t thoughtful development; it’s pure profit-chasing. The building was designed as a shopping mall, not a hotel, but apparently that doesn’t matter. There’s zero regard for parking, traffic flow, or the already strained infrastructure of Lagos.

It feels like they simply don’t care if the city keeps sinking under the weight of reckless projects.
And then he comes online to defend this nonsense. Unbelievable.

Flat out dumb people.
