I just wanted to thank you for starting cost plus drugs. My husband was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, Neuromyeltis Optica (NMO). Recently he had some other symptoms and was prescribed Ampyra . Our insurance company denied his claim so I called XXXX and was informed that the generic drug would be $5000/ month. NYU Langone suggested we try your site which we did. One month’s supply of the generic cost us less than $25!! We are so thankful.

@AskLiberty only $130 is being processed. This amount is insufficient and appears to disregard the genuine extent of the hail damage.

@AskLiberty estimate I received yesterday indicates only 26 hail impacts. It seems there is a significant discrepancy between our count and the assessment provided. I understand the challenges with capturing images in certain conditions, this should not result in a reduction of hail damage.

@AskLiberty In response, I asked to speak with a different claim representative, and he assured me that his supervisor would call me promptly. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up.
To add to my frustration, I received an email this morning stating that my claim is complete,

@AskLiberty I discussed this matter with Claim Representative Adrian Amador, and regrettably, he was unhelpful and rude. Despite my request for a new inspector, he declined to assist.
