@WeAreOpenreach Hi John,
I've just received this standard response.
There is clearly an issue with the database as the neighbours (semi detached house) can order but we cannot.
@WeAreOpenreach I recently received the attached email stating that FTTP was now available at my address; however, when I check with any provider, they can only offer FTTC.
When can I actually order FTTP?
@WeAreOpenreach Hi Andrew,
Just want to follow up.
I did hear for them, & for a short time, it appears as though the DB error was corrected; however, it has since reverted to showing unavailable despite neighbours on either side still showing available.
The case number was QIS795153
@WeAreOpenreach@WeAreOpenreach Just to add, I've checked my neighbours on both sides, and they can order FTTP, but I only get offered FTTC connections.
@RideEmber, do you have any plans to add your routes and live timings to Google Transit?

Currently, only Stagecoach, First and Scotrail come up when searching for journeys.
@SkyHelpTeam Received call from 08007613392.
Caller says he wanted to help reduce my bills (end of contract), he just wanted to sign me up for movie & sports, neither of which I want. He got a bit rude & hung up when I told him I wanted to keep everything the same. Not impressed!
@greyass@ChicagoFireUK@SkyHelpTeam It would be so much better if we could get it at the same time or very soon after its release in the US. In the modern connected world, it's far too easy to pick up spoilers online!
@pizzahutuk ordered a collection from your Inverness Retail Park branch.
App said 15-20mins. An hour has passed and still no sign of our order and staff seem to be avoiding the collection counter.
Several other customers here in the same boat!
@AbbiPulling@British_Airways Almost every BA flight I've been on recently they've claim its "fully booked" and have no space for cabin baggage and want to take bags away at the gate and check them in the hold.
@WeAreOpenreach Your latest FTTP build plan shows Elgin as finished however the fibre-checker shows that Ultrafast isn't available for postcode IV304LX.
Does this mean we won't be getting FTTP?
