@OleTimeHardball Simple, but not perfect. There are two teams here that had better records than the other divisions' leaders. Major League Baseball finally changed the format and made it right in 1995 after many years of inequity.
@TomBradyEgo Jerry Rice was awesome. But Randy Moss was a game changer. Moss was faster and more athletic than Jerry Rice. He was able to get to more balls than Jerry could have, and make big plays. If my QB were Joe Montana or Steve Young, I'm taking Randy Moss as my WR1 for one game.
@NFL_DovKleiman I don't think it's a case of untalented passers. It's just that NFL defenses league-wide have adjusted to deep downfield passes and are better prepared to stop these plays. And NFL offenses have smartly adjusted to run the ball more, and attempt shorter intermediate passes.
