How can @FedEx be 50 feet from you house but they have to reschedule your delivery? They are the absolute worst delivery service. Either their drivers have no clue or their management is horrible. Last delivery was a month late because they lost it for three weeks.

@AmazonHelp Do part time drivers not have access to delivery instructions? I have gate codes for my neighborhood in my delivery instructions and two days in a row I have been contacted asking for the code. Yesterday they didn’t deliver saying they didn’t have the codes.

@FedExHelp what is the point of a FedEx delivery manager account if the driver does not use it? I have all gate codes to my neighborhood in my account and I continue to have FedEx not deliver. UPS doesn’t have any issues delivering to my neighborhood.
