Jesus. It's a design flaw -- that affects car seat safety no less -- that was in the 2017 model as well and didn't get fixed. . Stupid, irresponsible design. Very disappointed

Any 2018 Honda CRV owners out there who can tell me if, on their vehicle, the weird middle-seat anchoring buckle in the back is outside the regular buckle for the backseat driver's-side rider, forcing that rider to cross over it to buckle their seatbelt?

@HondaCustSvc I get it that your job is to throw stuff back to the dealer, but I question their answer ("yup. can't be changed") because I presume Honda design is better than that. I'm just asking, "Does the CRV design have the buckles in the back arranged such that the straps cross"

Just bought a Honda CRV . The middle seat belt in the back has a strap which anchors next to the leftmost rider's buckle, but the buckle is on *the far side* of the anchor, so the two straps have to overlap. Dealer says this is a "feature" and can't be changed. Really, @honda??
