Having lived in #Toronto nearly 42 years, I've mostly been fairly fortunate in the people I've met and experiences I've had.
Until this morning. While out for a walk on the Danforth, I was relieved of my wallet and ID by a pickpocket on a bike.
Judging by the number of posters by religious zealots that I'm seeing around #Toronto lately, I think there should be a new commandment that says "Thou shalt not commit vandalism in the name of thy god.”
When an angry twenty-something passing by on the sidewalk and talking a mile a minute into her phone drops enough F-bombs to blow up the whole neighbourhood.

All this enthusiastic--and alarming--chatter lately about AI is seriously concerning. There's too much Artificial and not nearly enough Intelligence; in some key respects we don't seem to have advanced very far since ED-209 in Robocop.

My very first phone solicitation from—a Jehovah's Witness.

The joys of being 61 and seriously out of shape following hip surgery.
Even schlepping to a favourite hangout while pushing my wheeled walker is like running a marathon.
@mozthunderbird Why is your Spam folder called that, when the right-click menu entry for emptying it says "Empty Junk" ?? You shouldn't assume that all users know spam and junk are the same thing, especially if they also eat Spam luncheon meat.
Well...Merry McChristmas. I would've preferred to go to a favourite hangout for breakfast, but during #COVID19 I grudgingly settled for DoorDash delivery of a McGriddle combo.
And counted my blessings.
@JeannieG40 Meh, here in Ontario it's Saturday of a 3-day weekend, but even with Toronto slooowly coming out of COVID-19 lockdown, getting out and about is no fun. Too many restrictions....
