A multipolar world can have multiple versions - an ecosystem of unstable hegemons, ecosystem of hegemons who destabilise a lot of things, total anarchism and spiralling power hedging, middle-powers-hedged multipolarity with Chinese and US poles, and so on.

I am not into IR directly, but yes Indo-Pacific intrigues me always!

Lol, why?
If your AI agents can do everything advertised, why not keep the voice fairly robotic? What is the reason to trying so hard to make these “voices” sound as human as possible?
Deception.
Any why would you want that?
So you can trick people into lowering their guard and letting you further into their lives that they otherwise would.
So you can cheat them.

This is quite a bit of overselling. These side channels are well known in hardware and low level security circuits. Even many more than these.

Similarly someone else posted "look models are communicating through images here" while all they were doing was using more code or binary in the images. Techniques that were used a long time ago or in movies.

Agents aren't discovering any new things here. They are using well known ways to communicate.

It is important to understand that all these decades of security research is indeed something to pay attention to and fix in the light of AI.

But it is irresponsible to put them forward in a way that induces panic by anthropomorphizing models/agents or by implying that they are doing something completely unknown to humans.

That has been a problem with the whole MeiTY apparatus.….

I agree with the GOI’s intent to regulate, but their intent of regulation converts into regulatory theatrics due to certain vested interests who never give them feedback, or indirectly engage in regulatory capture tactics (which is easy to do in India for companies).

There is a huge problem also in funding the IT and cybersec infra talent in NIC, CERT-In and the whole MeiTY apparatus which is not done seriously, leading to illusion of competence. The illusion of competence affects things badly because it doesn’t create a culture and approach of accountability.

I won’t be a loose cannon in saying something clearly that political intent, bureaucratic intent and the intent framed by vested interests around the former two spheres of intent is a big problem which encourages mediocrity.

Also, please don’t start making your pro-government “reps” start saying things that algorithms are not protected under intermediary regulations of the IT Act.

Why is Indian Cyber often a joke and is increasingly a societal farce? It is because of State+ and Status++ mentality, and embedding mediocrity b/c Local infants needs to be protected from global competence via compliance theatre

Sirji we have people in Lucknow who are not exact natives lingually and living happily here. Some Marathi manush also live in old Lucknow happily.

Awadhi art in Lucknow needs to be documented. Unlike Rajasthani and Bihari art which gets a lot of appeal, Awadhi art and design is always ignored.
