The Court sided with an Oregon town that made it illegal to camp in public, overturning a decades long precedent that says criminalizing homelessness is cruel and unusual punishment.

Our state Department of Education has announced they will refuse to enforce expanded protections for LGBTQ+ students under Title IX due to a lawsuit signed onto by our Attorney General -- risking federal funding for students & schools. I sent IDOE a letter expressing my concern:
