I feel like the great Ernie Banks when it comes to February baseball. Let’s play two! Patience and I are taking in a doubleheader between Kentucky and Milwaukee.
@wildcatnews@JDrumUK @marchmadness @bigbluehistory Thanks, Oscar. The box scores are a great way to pass some time and rekindle some great memories during these days.
As much as I enjoyed watching Mamba play, I loved seeing him with GiGi recently at games. They were always laughing and enjoying each other’s company. She had a great dad. That is equal to Kobe’s legend as a player. #sadday.
As a San Francisco Giants fan, I had come to believe that we would not win a World Series in my lifetime. Bruce Bochy didn’t just help bring one. He brought three. I agree with his players. Thanks, Boch! Have a great retirement.
As much as we may long for it, those days aren’t returning. As a lifelong fan, I don’t feel a bit shortchanged. I think we all owe Cal a debt of gratitude for bringing us back from the dead. I’m fine with how he’s doing it. These 10 years have been incredible.
I grew up listening to Caywood and Ralph and have the utmost respect for Ralph’s legacy. I am a contemporary of Kyle’s and still cherish his role in bringing us the ‘78 championship. Their comments, however, strike me as, “I prefer the way we used to do it.”
