I have 1,648 books on my Kindle. I have read 482 which leaves 1,204 left to read. 64 of these books are Complete Works Of. I have recently been diagnosed with incurable but treatable cancer. I swear I’m not dying until every book has been read!
@sqwawk I don’t like the fight terminology but I’m still sitting here crying and wishing things were different for you and your wife. Life is so unfair, it really is. X
@DreyfusJames I don’t get these people, it’s so simple and fundamentally right what Kellie is saying I don’t know why people don’t get it. I admire Kellie so much, she just keeps on going. One day people are going get the light bulb moment I’m sure.
@ElizAthertonSop Most of them. It’s the chronic runs that’s the hardest to deal with. I’ve been up and down to the loo all day. A district nurse is coming tomorrow.
Found this on fb memories from 2015. York was totally flooded, which we narrowly avoided, the internet was down and I got thinking about life and how fragile it is. How prophetic!
@feeepp52 That’s near where I live, I watched the dinghys at work. Thanks to them it was about the only crossable route at our end. It was 3 days before I could get the mile to my mothers.
@Deliriousisms My dad met my cousin’s partner for the first time (about 30 years ago), he said to her I don’t know whether to shake your hand or kiss you, she said why not do both? Grabbed his hand, pulled him in and gave him a great big smacker on the lips. He loved her from that moment on.
