When @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp cancel your current 3 months reservation and future reservations and won't tell you why. Tell you to get out immediately and they won't change their answer. Saying it is a "safety issue." Interesting way to treat a customer of 10+ years. @bchesky

Ridiculous @Airbnb experience for my friend @scar2991 . Host wouldn't let him in and tried to extort an extra 600 pounds. @AirbnbHelp and @Airbnb_uk has been very unhelpful.
