@Avis has a system flaw that is unethical. They erroneously charge customers and IF the customer is aware it takes hours on the to resolve. The erroneous charges occur for preferred members who prepay, and arrive at least an hour after their scheduled reservation.

Personally, I’ve used Avis extensively over the past 4 years and it’s happened to me 4 times. I’ve spent hours on the phone to get refunded charges I should have never been charged, but they “do apologize”.

@Avis I experience serious issues with my rental anytime I prepay and change cars due to a late flight. It takes me hours to resolve and I’m stopping here before I go through this for the 4th time.
