The program included a CCP official in the room. The money trail runs through CUSEF. CUSEF’s founder, Tung Chee-hwa, was vice chairman of the CPPCC — that is the United Front’s public face, not a Rotary Club. The House China committee has already said CUSEF is used for political warfare and to pick out foreigners the Party can use. A Senate intel hearing called it united-front-linked. Jamestown mapped the same wiring years ago.

So here is the plain version. Beijing does not need a cartoon spy in a trench coat. It needs a respectable institute, a paid trip, a courtroom photo, and a man who can read FISA paper. You put Chinese fellows at the dais. You call it dialogue. You do it while you hold the keys to American intercepts. If that does not trigger a counterintelligence look, the word “clearance” is a costume.

I do not need a signed confession to know what United Front work is for. It is to find the American who will open the door and think he is being worldly. Nine times is not worldly. Nine times is a pattern.

Kyle Bass is right about the next step. Investigate the judge the same way we would investigate anyone else who sat on secrets and kept walking into a flagged program—no special robe discount.

The two men that rescued downed F-15E weapons systems officer "Dude 44 Bravo" in Iran were Pararescuemen, “PJs,”reportedly from the 24th Special Tactics Squadron, the Air Force's tier one unit under Joint Special Operations Command.

Bravo's ordeal began when an Iranian shoulder-fired missile struck his $30 million aircraft during an April strike mission near Isfahan. His parachute failed to fully deploy, and he hit the ground at speeds medical experts estimate around 100 miles per hour, breaking his back, arm, and shoulder in the impact.

While his pilot, Alpha, was rescued within nine hours, Bravo spent nearly 50 hours alone and seriously wounded, climbing to a mountain crevice at 7,000 feet, hiding with nothing but a pistol and a beacon while Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces hunted him, at one point coming within a few hundred feet of his position.

Getting him out became one of the largest combat search-and-rescue operations in decades, roughly 90 special operators on the ground, the first American boots inside Iran in 46 years, with hundreds more in the air and thousands supporting overall. American aircraft struck nearby Revolutionary Guard positions to clear the approach.

When a PJ finally reached him on that ridgeline, Bravo says it was one of the greatest moments of his life. His own words to his rescuer: "Let's go."

Even then it wasn't over. The rescue aircraft got stuck in the sand, stranding the entire team until a separate, classified Air Force unit had to be brought in to evacuate everyone. The stranded aircraft was destroyed afterward to keep its technology out of Iranian hands. Bravo reached safety as the sun rose on Easter Sunday.
