A pair of Nikes is a fungible commodity — easily sold online. Your kitchen and my kitchen are very different — not fungible — but AI can likely design a kitchen, calculate the cost, procure materials at a lower cost and save money. If AI can save money on a kitchen, AI can reduce cost of a home. If robots can doson of the constrictions, then costs can be reduced further. Will this happen tmrw? No. Will this happen, yes.
