Hong Kong, the last place on earth with a mask mandate, wants to encourage tourists to return. It needs an honest slogan. How about: "Tourists: don't show your face in Hong Kong!"
@Birmingham_81 Judging by this 1990 was a much worse year for albums than I would have guessed. Even artists who made some of the best albums of the era—Prince, PE, Lloyd Cole, Pixies—were clearly going through a shit stage.
