Word on the street is that this "battery" is really a sodium-based hybrid supercapacitor utilizing a 3D-nanostructured (gyroid) solid-state electrolyte and might be based on recent _"Nanocell-structured carbon nanotube composite fibers for ultrahigh energy and power density supercapacitors"_ research from KIST.
