@ScottishPower Now you want to try resolve a issue when I show people ScottishPowers true colours trying to charge people £780 additional charges for 6 months of usage when I am hardly even in the house to have chance to use it! Thrn when your promised this will be resolved but you failed that

@NetworkRailLIV informing staff to relay to paying customers that there will be rail replacement buses then telling them that some trains will be going into lime st and then making them wait for over a hour then saying it’s cancelled! Poor service and poor information provided
