Thanks for finally getting my case to me in Milan Lufthansa. After nearly 3 days. Of being in a foreign city with nothing except the clothes I wore overnight on my (door to door) journey of 18 hours.

Avoid Lufthansa. Case missed connection to Milan via Frankfort on Sat and still missing. Lufthansa uncontactable. Had to queue to report it at Milan airport. Everyone in the queue had flown Lufthansa.
