Booked alternative for this morning, remained airside re-checked in. Do we have to go back out and go through the whole procedure of showing the boarding pass when we first enter the airport or can we just show it at gate ?

@currys really getting frustrated trying to get a refund for a 5 month old faulty dishwasher. It has now gone too far for another repair or a replacement - how do I go about a refund without being hung up on by your online Sales Department ?
