@kudahelp_ng is becoming highly unprofessional in delivering their services. Soon this bank will become the reason a lot of Nigerians will be stranded this December because tell me why I have pending transactions every weekend. Feels like they make sure to frustrate most people every other weekend! This is shameful! And they don’t have any fast way to cancel these pending transactions that’s clearly their fault! Their customer has to wait over 72hours to resolve an issue caused by the bank and this comes with stupid and useless apologies that doesn’t help the customers in anyway! I’m utterly disappointed because this is not a good banking system! Full of disappointment!!!!! Unprofessional bank!!!!!!
