@Heartsouravk I think your older license should be of version 11.1 and new one should be of version 11.5. Check your license version in license file and use accordingly. thanks.

@Heartsouravk Download https://t.co/5gLyaD7wpw , untar it, export IBM_DB_HOME=<full path of clidriver> and then install ibm_db
This clidriver requires db2connect v11.1 license file. Check open your db2con*.lic file in an editor and check for version in this file.
