What's your current BIM tools stack? For example:
- @BIM360
- @PlannerlyAEC
- @MicrosoftTeams
Let's build a list of collections of BIM tools that can be used together to create a great #BIM workflow. Particularly interested in any new tools we may not have heard of 🧭
Precisely 2 years ago @idid and I stepped out of our comfort zones, we left stable jobs and set out to create a company to focus entirely on solving what we believe is the biggest problem in AEC.
Another little @ifc_js weekend experiment. Some time ago I used to draw manually; now I draw with code 🔥✍🤖 3d photogrammetry model to floorplan in 1 click.
The level of detail is customizable and can be exported to CAD with layers. #openbim#opensource#threejs#ifcjs
We don't like announcing things before they get released. This story's not about that! It's about #opensource working together 🙌

All possible because of @agviegasBIM, Tom & Harry's amazing work and enthusiasm in developing for an #openbim world!
The drawing.tool is live! With this new 3D tool, architects and engineers can draw, modify, and collaborate on their designs directly inside the platform to get beautiful automatically closed geometry. Check out the drawing.tool today! https://t.co/0pskRiXkis #drawingtool
I'm sorry my account is now just a retweet bot for @SpeckleSystems, but it's how it is. Anyway, Good News Everyone - we're looking to hire some more full time 🟦specklers 👇
@snowyweston @AndyBoutle @NeedleandMortar @NigelPDavies Good point, but I think this speaks to the need for better interoperability and standardization across EDMS / CDE tools. @buildingSMARTIn have started some work in this direction https://t.co/wAVOSzHYuI
@JSDBroughton I think this is a really important point and not discussed enough. There is friction between audit-ability and data privacy. ISO standards call for everything to be tracked, but this is at odds with GDPR. I don’t have any answers but struggling with the same problems 🤷♂️
