Smart contract exploitation is so much more elegant than the traditional mem-corruption battlefield. As attackers, our only weapon is to turn the contract's business logic against itself. A battle of wits in its purest form. Your move, devs.
We evaluated TEE-based blockchain Secret Network to see if it was susceptible to AepicLeak, and ended up finding the master decryption key for the whole network. Read more and see a testnet demo at https://t.co/coe7EPXmrY
@alisaesage amazing hm ? materialistic science still cannot explain consciousness. there may be no objective world out there. when we observe something, we produce the results of the measurement thus probably living in an infinite number of possible realities and you just have the choice ;)
A new version of #Bitcoin Core is here!
Released a few days ago, Bitcoin Core 24.0 brings improvements on usability, privacy and security.
Here’s all you need to know… 🧵
@cosmoscoffeeDFI@ertemann @SecretSkrillah @SecretNetwork $SCRT is used to fuel Secret Contracts which may or may not enable private txs but itself lives on a public, auditable ledger. Thus, if - they would also have to ban $ETH for powering Tornado Cash. However any SNIP-20 based version may well be in trouble.

When will people understand the difference between transactional privacy and secure computation?
$SCRT is NOT a privacy coin, it is the public token that powers the private compute engine of the @SecretNetwork just like USD powers the google compute engine..... (also private)

6 months ago the SEC investigated FTX US on multiple matters.
They found no wrong doing.
Instead they continued to meet with FTX on giving them a "no-action letter" to broaden reach in the US markets.
I just read FTX's Chapter 11 First Day Affidavit.
In it, the appointed restructuring CEO John Jay Ray III, who oversaw Enron's bankruptcy proceedings, calls FTX's case the worst of his career.
Its contents are shocking.
Here are the highlights:
👇
Confirmed: crypto .com "accidentally" sent 320k eth of user deposits to Gate .io on Oct 21st
Oct 28: Gate shows "proof of reserves" & then sends 285,000 eth back
This was topping up for the proof. Gate and crypto .com are fucked?

TLDR: insider is behind @FTX_Official rug pull / exit scam
Great thread that proves to me that #ftx#hack is an insider job:
- too slow
- stupid mistakes
- kraken account involved
- hacker would have acted earlier
Great job @TobiasSilverJM to spot this
