The @DuelCircleMedia and @DuelCirclePvP accounts got suspended, but we're appealing. We have a list of valid contest entries from yesterday and we'll extend the deadline.
I do plan to transfer this onto 1.0 stats. I recently obtained a base for such purpose...
Retro pet gaming will be quite good... whenever I want to grind for it.
Recently, I embarked on remaking a classic support pet that many people used in the early days of Wizard101.
Behold the modern SPUDF, with 2.0 stats, and an isolated talent pool.
Man, I really love Linux.
Earlier I removed my Windows partition on my old laptop and expanded my Arch Linux install to the free space. Not that bad, though I realized how much faster it would be if I had a seperate home partition. Maybe someday...
Another side project has been completed. Oh how I despite isolating Away talents so much. Thankfully to fellow petmaker Dylan as I went a different route for less pain.
This marks 4/7 iso-5 Quint Resist pets made.
Leftover are Life, Fire, and Death.
Life I have an iso-4 pool without Life-Away and a lead to bring it together.
Fire and Death would be more from the grounds up adventure.
The next project, in this vane, is to isolate the 3 Accuracy Enchant item cards and make that an iso-3. Though I'm more interested in completing Storm, Life*, Fire, and Death iso-5 quint resist and backporting my Myth, Balance, and Ice iso-5s onto exclusive bodies.
Oh I finally got around to finishing this super memey pet. No sane mortal would even want one of these but its a nice project to have for my collection of novelty pets.
Quad aura item cards from Celestia is just A+, next step is to transfer onto a pet with Infall item card...
Upon some research, it appears one can make a 2.0 pet with these two first gens in a hypothetical great pet reset.
Zeus's Harpy with 255, 240, 260, 260, 235.
Sea Dragon with 240, 250, 250, 225, 250.
Combined it would recreate 2.0, just with a lot of hatches.
Thinking now, pets have had their second iteration of max stats for almost 10 years now, 2.0.
Makers of pets have enjoyed their stability and it's for sure spread almost everywhere. Wonder if it will remain the cap or will we get an expansion in the future?
Something I have thought about just on the topic of 2.0 stats in Wizard101 is how the original way to get them is no more. As they were rewarded from the old PvP first gen School Armeants that are retired.
