@AirIndiaX Yeah I have left with no other option but this make no sense to stand in long queue bcz of u guys not keeping system up and ready. Why as passenger who has done everything before coming to airport need to stand in line bcz of ur mismanagement. Pathetic.
Traveling to BLR via IX-1762 from CCU for the very first time & I now regret of taking the same. Did web check in & using Digi app to cut the hassle but self check in & bag drop is not working no wonder people avoid this & staff as usual has no answer @AirIndiaX

@SMARTBazaarIn we have been to shop in PIN code 832103, but the person doing bill & the entire people including the manager is in so rush that they are least bothered to tell the offer and simply doing billing. Pathetic customer experience and better to avoid going.
