This was not one isolated failure.

It was an entire recruitment system repeatedly compromised while students lost years, money and trust.

Congress now protests paper leaks under BJP, but when Rajasthan was under its own rule, Priyanka Gandhi called it a “national problem” and said the Gehlot government had merely “tried.”
