आज आवारा कुत्तों के मुद्दे पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हमारी No Dogs on Street Policy की मांग का समर्थन किया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि अगले 8 हफ्तों में सभी आवारा कुत्तों को शेल्टर में भेजा जाए।

मुझे उम्मीद है कि दिल्ली सरकार इस पर तुरंत कार्रवाई करेगी। इस कदम से रोज़ाना सामने आने वाले लगभग दो हज़ार कुत्तों के काटने के मामलों में कमी आएगी और खासतौर पर बच्चे, महिलाएं और बुजुर्ग जो सबसे अधिक शिकार हो रहे थे, उन्हें राहत मिलेगी।
