@DVLAgovuk @DVLAgovuk , I've applied for Provisional license online & sent my ID documents(Passport+BRP) via special Post received at Swansea on 12th May.
As per your today's update you are currently processing applications received on 21st May. So where are my docs, send my docs back asap?
