Shame on Ola, they don't have justification on high markup of charges, where journey was from Gurgaon - Dhaula Kuan(22km)), bt charged for 44km and they are not in position to clear, hw i cld mnge 2 complete the ride in 33mins for 44km.

Irony is when you booked @olacabs and drop location is your home address but ended up in middle of the journey because of faulty cab.. Instead of accepting the mistake, ola is making excuses to not refund the amt bk where i had paid the full amount.

@Olacabs excuse is, trip got ended as the orgnl destntn..God nos, how did they identified tht the actual drop location ws sme as the original drop location or in a close proximity.

Have decided to not use ola in future.

Best Part is, completed 44km of journey during peak time in just 33mins.

1 Pic:- Charged the same amount from pickup to destination 44Km in 33mins

2 Pic:- When actual invoice issued, from Gurgaon to Dhuala Kuan, booked me same km instead the journey which got completed.
