ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ, ਪਰ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਮਿਲੀ। ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਅਧੂਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਲਟਕਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਦੀ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
