Last week our leadership team spent a morning in Lisbon with Microsoft partners, talking licensing changes, Copilot questions and why a governed Microsoft 365 matters. Thank you to Arrow ECS Portugal for hosting, and to everyone who joined.

Microsoft’s new partner economics say one thing: grow. ☝️

The fixed rebate is gone, so current accounts earn less. And 71% of MSPs say winning new customers is their #1 issue.

There’s another route: the tenants you already manage. 👇

Classic SharePoint is being retired. 📣

Mar 1, 2027: no new classic publishing sites.
Oct 1, 2028: classic pages go read-only.

Do you know which of yours are affected?
Oct 28: CTO & MVP Carlos Silva builds the inventory live.

Most teams think their Microsoft 365 tenant is in decent shape. The typical one scores 39 out of 100: the top edge of critical. 🚨 Ownership gaps, oversharing, sprawl, compounding quietly.

An intranet can be maintained, and still go unused.
Enra Specialist Finance: two brands, low visits. Fix: branding + standardisation.

✅ One design system
✅ Nav built for real needs
✅ Version control, always current

11 weeks. Same M365 licences.

A brand guideline is a decision made once. Whether it holds is decided every time someone opens a SharePoint site, a Teams channel, or a new deck. 🎨

Our CPO @MariaFPeixoto talked about Microsoft 365 branding at @CollabDays_Park.

[BindTuning @bindskins]

Every app that connects to Microsoft 365 through Graph asks for permissions. Someone decides what it can read, write, or delete across a tenant. 🔐

Our CTO @carlosmiguelsns took that apart at @CollabDaysZAG last week.

Our CPO, Francisca Peixoto, is a finalist for Rising Star at the #ESPC Inspire Awards 2026 🌟
Winners are decided by public vote, and hers closes on Oct 5.

📣 Live tomorrow: an honest map of what Microsoft 365 branding can (and can't) do for you right now.

@mariafpeixoto on where M365 branding lives, where it falls short, and the expectations to set before you commit to a fully branded tenant.

Every org wants its digital workplace to look like their own. Keeping that consistent across SharePoint, Viva, Office, and Copilot is harder than it looks.

Francisca maps how M365 branding really works, what native tools deliver, what they don't.

For years, an unused intranet was a quiet problem. Copilot just changed that.
The pages nobody reads are the ones it reads first.

Swipe to see why low SharePoint adoption quietly becomes an AI risk👇

Edina's intranet: a 2018 WordPress site, cut off from the M365 tools 800+ staff used daily.

Now: live news feed, AD-synced directory, auto celebrations, built-in accessibility, within a $50K budget.

Microsoft's Brand Center is a real step forward for M365 branding, just not quite there yet.

Fonts that skip Office. Copilot & Clipchamp on separate Brand Kits. No bulk-apply. No visibility into what's off-brand.

Sep 30, we map what's possible.

Sprawling Teams go to governance. An empty intranet goes to adoption. Loose permissions go to security. Same problem, three bins.

We call the fix Workspace Integrity:✌️

Companies buy Copilot licenses and watch most sit idle. Weekly usage is often 20-30% of the seats paid for. The usual fix is more training...

Our CEO @beatrizoliveira makes the case that it's actually a tenant readiness problem👇

Can a capable M365 admin build their own SharePoint audit tool? Sure, for a small tenant. The catch: thousands of API calls, throttling, retries, and APIs that never stop changing. Our CTO and MVP @carlosmiguelsns did the math👇

AI skills are spreading through SharePoint faster than anyone can track. Tomorrow, our CTO @carlosmiguelsns shows how to pull trusted skill catalogs in and roll out a gallery tenant-wide, not site-by-site. Last call:
