MLA’s corruption rules are stricter than most corporate payment terms: 50% advance before signing papers.

In this purported sting audio, MLA Pooja tells a reporter that her ‘one rule’ on any work order is a 50% commission, 50% before the project starts and 50% after, on a ₹31 lakh project for 200 solar streetlights and 20 water coolers.

She reportedly insists the advance must reach her even before she signs the recommendation letter.

Small businesses struggle to get a 10% advance from clients, but politicians are out here enforcing strict 50% upfront payment terms on bribes.
