nice yoga class, it really helped with my tight hips and lower back. burned 110 cals w this one. it was easy to do and not very challenging, could do all the poses. wished it was longer. [7.5/10]

this one was ok. burned 116 calories by doing it. i was without my glasses so i didn't realize it's ai (i think) but it lifted my mood, very VERY easy and it didn't hurt my bad knee or ankle. optimal if you want to see a vid or movie on a lazy day [4/10]

so a lot has happened... got into anti fat acceptance. it has opened my eyes a lot about binge eating and im scared i dont want to be huge anymore it's so horrible
