@buggirl Then when does it end. When does an innocent man get to live his life the same ever again. Btw just because someone presses charges for sexual assault doesn’t mean they are telling the truth. People are just as capable of LYING as they are of any crime. If not more so.

@gwszander @rhysw282 @rexorangecounty And I’m not saying that this is the same thing, but it is the same idea. You can’t claim guilty until proven innocent without thinking about all cases when this has happened. There’s a reason the courts have the methods they do, and innocent until proven guilty is no different

@gwszander @rhysw282 @rexorangecounty Furthermore, think back to the times when white women could say a black man assaulted them and that man would be lynched without a trial even though he was innocent. Would you still say believe the victim and guilty until proven innocent?
