Complaint for Swiggy refund register with @ConsumerCom still @Swiggy not issuing refund

@cromaretail Since my concern is not being addressed so far ... You can close the ticket and I'll be arranging for 3rd party service... However, this experience is definitely going to effect my future decision to buy a product of or from croma ... @cromaretail
@cromaretail I don't think the issues can be resolved by croma ... Being a service ticket open for over 5 days with no communications is a big internal concern on process handling...

Also not able to call your customer care number as well ... Status as per your portal is attached which is again a wrong status
If you are planning to buy @cromaretail brand products... Please reconsider... Service tickets created 6 days back are not even considered for communication... Moreover, has been put into the status of "pending communication from the customer" #serviceissues#qualityissues
@amazonIN@havellsindia This level of service is unacceptable. Two leading brands failing to resolve a basic service request within a reasonable timeframe reflects poorly on your customer commitment. Immediate action is expected.

@AmazonHelp No problem so let me take care of the issue this way ... I will get the installation done directly from the brand and you can refund the money collected... Also you can respond to the consumer forum complaint for non fulfilment of service... Thank you. ..
@AmazonHelp Team member please make this point for 20th time ... Your normal channel of communication ie raising issue via Amazon app are not able to solve the issue ... So I totally understand that Amazon is not even keen to solve the issue in hand
