It seems like our post created some confusion.
The ministry will just investigate SM and see if they can find more cases of negligence,if found guilty some officials might face jailtime and they might be ordered to change their way of working and given a motive i.e report kwangya report updates and their handling of schedules to the ministry for some months.
Sm might simply be questioned about their contracts and how they handle their artists
Why didn’t they promote some artists well?why aren’t some soloists allowed at Smtown,Why was Seunghan removed? What are the updates they have regarding kwangya reports?Why were funeral wreaths allowed at the company’s premises etc and other findings they might find during investigations.They’ll simply target sm and protect the artists,SM would simply be forced to operate like a responsible company 🤷‍♀️
