@cabbazar like driver like company. Absolutely zero follow up, zero redressal. Not even on social media. Worst can service experience ever! Worst company ever. Never book them fellas. They're crooks.

@cabbazar Update: Climbing up a hilly road with fog, my driver just disclosed to me that he has never gone higher up than Bilaspur, 100km downhill from my destination. Now he proposes to drive me there with fog at around midnight. Thanks for endangering my life cabbazar

@cabbazar I repeat, I am not satisfied at all with my ride, and I have received no assistance from cabbazar in this matter. I repeat: For this bad service, I will not be paying.

@cabbazar Now the driver, Parvesh (Trip ID 62123 Delhi-Jibhi) blatantly tells there is no responsibility that your company can take for his behaviour or services. That there is nothing you will or can do except jerk me around from call to call.

@cabbazar Customer care executives say they will call driver but never do. I have spoken to 3 trained drones saying the same thing now. No action. No service. This is just to say there will be no payment either.

@cabbazar Worst service I ever got. Driver was hour late, unprofessional, and tardy as hell. Covered Delhi to Himachal border in 11 hours, with over 10 stops. Got pulled over by cops, and doesn't wear his mask right. Extremely rude and asked me to get off his cab mid trip.
