🚨🗣️ Lamine Yamal: "I never thought Cristiano Ronaldo would win a trophy with Portugal when I was a kid, as Portugal wasn't considered a football powerhouse. But in 2016, Ronaldo proved me wrong. He is one of the greatest of all time.
🗣️ James Rodríguez:
“Cristiano Ronaldo is my favorite footballer of all time. He’s my idol and my biggest inspiration in football. When I arrived at Real Madrid, he took care of me and looked after me a lot. He taught me so many things, both on and off the pitch.
People tend to see him only as the greatest footballer of all time, without realizing that he’s also one of the best people you’ll ever meet. I would have been so happy if he had won the World Cup.”
🗣️Grandson: Being a Cristiano Ronaldo fan doesn't mean I'll abandon my conscience, values, or integrity. If my favorite player does something wrong, I'll say it's wrong. Loyalty should never come before honesty.
Cristiano Ronaldo will always be my GOAT, not just because of his achievements, but because of the professionalism, discipline, and mentality he represents, he can never do what Leo Messi Argentina did to Marc Cucurella, Egypt, Cape Verde and some other country
As for Argentina, I believe that any form of unfairness, corruption, racism, or actions that go against the spirit of football deserve criticism, no matter who is involved. No country or player should be above accountability.
Football is meant to unite people, inspire generations, and promote respect not division, hatred, or discrimination. That's why millions of young Americans Americans players around the world look up together.
🗣️ Luis de la Fuente:
“Messi or Ronaldo? I loved Messi so much because he played for Barcelona, one of the biggest Spanish clubs alongside Real Madrid. He’s undoubtedly one of the best players ever, but he has received a lot of favorable and special treatment from FIFA.
He has been given privileges that are not applicable to other footballers, when the rules should be applied equally to everyone. Ronaldo fought against the system and never received that kind of help. When he plays, he tries to do it all on his own. That’s why he’s my favorite player of all time at the moment.”
🗣️ Erling Haaland
“For me, Cristiano Ronaldo is the greatest footballer of all time. He has won every major trophy through relentless hard work, discipline, and an unmatched winning mentality. Nothing about his success was handed to him, he earned it through years of sacrifice, professionalism, and an incredible desire to improve every single day. That’s what makes him so special.
People will always compare him to Messi, but for me, what separates Ronaldo is the example he sets through his work ethic, professionalism, and consistency over such a long career. That’s what I value most in a footballer.
When I look at his career, I see someone who has consistently set the standard through dedication rather than excuses. He’s inspired millions because of his commitment to excellence, his mentality, and his willingness to outwork everyone else. Whether you support him or not, you have to respect the career he has built. For me, that’s what greatness looks like, and that’s why Cristiano Ronaldo will always be the greatest footballer of all time.”
I’ve never seen a footballer receive the level of hate Ronaldo gets. It’s not just rival fans, at times it feels like FIFA, UEFA, the Ballon d’Or, and other football institutions are against him too.
He’s on the verge of becoming the first player in football history to score 1,000 career goals, and suddenly people are bringing up Pelé’s goals from friendlies, youth games, and charity matches because they can’t stand the thought of Ronaldo holding what many would see as the greatest record in football. They did the same with his free-kicks, his assists, and now his goals.
They should all be ashamed, for real.
