im honestly so sick of the way DIV1 handles jsng. and especially after this whole jacket situation, i genuinely cannot understand how they can have their priorities this completely backwards. because this is a person who has real issues that require protection, support and actual work from his company, yet somehow staff have the time to call him and scold him over a button coming undone during a performance. and then jsng ends up feeling like he has to explain himself to fans, saying he didnt do it on purpose, that the button keeps coming undone on its own, that he feels embarrassed and that hell be more careful about it next time. seriously?

this is someone who is already under an incredible amount of pressure all the time. the songs and ideas he creates himself deserve respect and to be treated properly. instead, we keep seeing situations that make it feel like his own work, his creativity and even his dignity are somewhere at the very bottom of the companys list of priorities. when it comes to protecting jsng, standing up for his work, putting a stop to blatant shading or even just making sure people cant spread disgusting things about him without consequences, there is always this deafening silence. but when it comes to telling him off because his clothes came undone during a performance, suddenly they have the time and energy for that.

and its especially disgusting when you consider how much shit he already has to deal with from people online. we see what people say about him. we see the things they accuse him of, the way they mock him, the way they tear apart his appearance, his personality, his creativity and his work. and where is the company? where is the proper protection for their own artist? where are the actions when a situation actually requires intervention? why does it constantly feel like jsng is expected to deal with the consequences of everything happening around him on his own, while the company only seems to show up when theres something to reprimand him for?

and the situation with his music makes me especially angry. because when someone puts their own thoughts, time, ideas and talent into their songs, thats not some free resource that can just be handled however people want. thats his work. his creativity. his contribution. and if situations come up around his songs where his contribution is being dismissed or his material is being used without proper credit, the company should be the first one standing up for him. not silently watching it happen.

i honestly have more and more questions about what exactly DIV1 is doing for jsng as a team thats supposed to represent his interests. because management isnt just about schedules and calling an artist to tell them off. its also protection. promotion. communication. content management. protecting his rights as a creator. creating an environment where an artist can actually focus on their work without constantly feeling like they have to fight off everything around them by themselves.

jsng shouldnt have to sit down after a performance and tell fans that hes embarrassed because a button came undone. he shouldnt feel guilty about his own body. he shouldnt have to explain to everyone that he didnt do anything on purpose. and he definitely shouldnt be getting more pressure from his own company over something this insignificant than support in situations that can actually cause him harm.

the most frustrating part isnt even this one specific situation. its the pattern. when you look at everything together, it starts to feel like jsng is constantly expected to be perfect on his own, control everything on his own, be careful on his own, stay quiet on his own, explain everything on his own and deal with everything on his own — while the company doesnt seem to show that same urgency when it comes to protecting him.
