On your bin collection days, remember to thoroughly wash your hands after putting the bin out and getting it back in again. Also, wash your bin handle and lids before and after collections to help minimise the spread of any germs.

Did you know you can #recycle#batteries at large stores & supermarkets? Sometimes the collection points aren't always as obvious as this one so you might have to ask! Or recycle them at any Recycling Centre @Suffolkrc. Just don't bin 'em! They need to be recycled properly!

A new Recycling Centre is opening at the West Suffolk Operational Hub in Bury St Edmunds on 16th January. The new site at Fornham Road will replace the current site at Rougham Hill, where all containers can be accessed by the public from ground level, removing the need for steps
