If "not" then let me let you know : It was the problem of The Central Board of Direct Taxes which could not update itself on time.

Why did the Income Tax Department not open its widow for Return Filing in the month of April 25?

@flyspicejet I was misled to cancel my ticket bearing PNR E8YGKI in the night of 22-10-2024 by the Spice Jet representative on the phone calls. Being in train from Jodhpur to Delhi to Board the Scheduled Flight from Delhi to Darbhanga, I was completely puzzled by the midnight shocks that I received from Spice Jet.
After cancellation of the above ticket I booked another ticket for the same day from Delhi to Darbhanga. But, at 01:54am I received the following message:
“Dear SpiceJet Customer (PNR: B9KZ6C): Due to operational reason, your SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Darbhanga has been revised to the next available option on SpiceJet network. The details of the new flight are: SG 495, 25 Oct 24, Delhi (Terminal 1D)-Darbhanga (Terminal 1), 1315 hrs - 1515 hrs. In case the above option does not suit your requirement and you wish to make further changes to this flight, please visit https://t.co/CyU2b8smkt. View your revised itinerary at https://t.co/wBynUcAQYP. Please visit https://t.co/lZdrU0rEMP to check flight status. We appreciate your patience and regret the inconvenience caused.”

Later on I came to that even the scheduled flight for PNR E8YGKI did not operate from Delhi to Darbhanga on 23 October 2024.
I felt cheated.
I simply want Full Refund of Rs 17, 179.00 (Rs Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Seventy Nine Only) against PNR NO E8YGKI
I travelled from Delhi to Darbhanga on 23-10-2024 itself by Bus which took 27 hrs (approximately) due to False Promises and misleading informations from Spice Jet.

I request the Spice Jet Authority to refund the Full amount without any deductions, else I will seek the Support of Suitable Judiciary with all the problems that I faced and proofs that I have.
