@tarunsmehta Dropped my Ather (ID: 20758) at the Tirur Service Centre on 25 June due to a complete power failure. After repeated follow-ups, I was told the PCN has failed, but the replacement part is unavailable, and they have no clue when it will arrive. No repair timeline is unacceptable.

Today evening, I put my Ather 450x on charge. After about two hours, when I went to disconnect the charger, the display was completely blank and the charger would not come out. Why this happened. What to do?.
